TRUE STORY! More creepy than scary!

(I tell my dad this, but he doesn’t believe me…) I’m sitting in the front room of my house (where the front door and computer is) and I was on Youtube listening to some creepy story. When it was over I took off my headphones and flipped on the front-room light. When I was sitting at the computer (normally, if someone stands at the archway where it goes from the living room to the front room, you can see a full waist-up shadow) I see a very large 10-ft shadow appear against the wall out of the corner of my eye (my
dad was out at a friend’s house and it was 11:00 PM). I jerk my head around and get a little whiplash, which made me close my eyes. I open them up, and nothing’s there. Just then my dad’s LOUD truck turned the corner and pulled into the driveway. A few other spooky things have happened since then, but nothing like that anymore…

I call him the Shadow Man

One night I was up watching a show called Ghost Whisperer with my mum when she decided to go to bed, so I sat up and watched the rest of it by myself. Half way through in the break I went to get a drink from the kitchen, when I noticed mum had turned the kitchen light off, which she never does. I thought she might have forgotten, so I walked out to get my drink, when I saw something in the corner of my eye. It was a Dark Shadow, darker than the rest of the room shaped as a man’s figure. I got really scared and ran to the
light switch and turned the light on. The Shadow Man disappeared. When I told my mum she just laughed but I knew what I saw was real. Although I haven’t seen him again, strange things still happen and once my mum said she saw a shadow of a man walk past the kitchen window, when I was outside hanging the washing out.

True scary personal story

I was about 12 or 13 when myself and a group of friends (4 of us in total) were sitting on some stairs. It was about 1 in the morning and we were just messing around saying scary stories. Out of nowhere I felt kind of uncomfortable… everyone stopped talking and a cold breeze came between us (and there was like black dust or something like that)… we all turned to the other set of stairs, there was an awkward silence… a black shadow (but it wasn’t really a shadow, I don’t really know how to explain it) was just standing there (we couldn’t talk or move at the moment) we couldn’t see the face or arms because it was just all black… but we saw it kind of smiling at us… in a matter of seconds it ran to the other side of the apartments and disappeared into the wall… the weirdest thing is after this happened we talked about it and WE ALL SAW IT!!! A few years later I remembered about this encounter and I told them about it… and they told me that they don’t remember it… weird right? I got really scared when they told me this… but it’s like some people say when something truly disturbing happens to you… you tend to block it unconsciously and so you “don’t remember it” and I just want to say that this truly was a scary experience for me.

The Bloody Girl

For a long time, I had dreaded moving to Salem. I had my reasons. My Granddad told me he grew up there, and strange things happened. I moved into a quaint house, which was oddly located much less than a mile from my home. Every night I felt a bit more comfortable with my surroundings. My sister, (Emma, I was living with her) left the house. I was home alone, and every feeling of comfort, or hope had disappeared. I had decided to lie down, and read a book. Continue reading »

Rustling noises

It was fall and me and my brother (older) slept outside and we had raked our yard and were sleeping on the tramp. All of a sudden, we heard rustling noises and saw a tall dark freaky shadow. So we went under our covers and talked to each other.
