Creepy, Legends or Real?

I haven’t tried any of these, because I’m a scaredy-cat. But maybe you will?

The first one is to go to a mirror with a ruler. Measure something on your body, for example, your hair. Make sure you know how long it is. Then look in the mirror. Your “reflection’s” measure should be different from yours. Then never turn your back on that mirror again.

This second one I don’t think it even works, but I don’t know. Make sure it’s midnight, and its raining. Make sure you are alone in the house. Light a candle and say “Candlejack” aloud. Supposedly it will come and kidnap you…

Close the door in the bathroom, turn off the lights and if you want it to have a better chance of working, turn on the sink. Say “Candyman” once. Two red eyes should appear, then turn on the lights before it kills you.

Enjoy scaring the crud out of everyone telling these to your friends and trying it!

Bloody Mary Experience

You might believe this, and you might not.

I was sleeping over at my best friend Jackie’s house, and her cousin who is older than us was with us (though he wasn’t sleeping over.) We began talking about the paranormal, which eventually led to Bloody Mary.

From my memory, I was dared to do Bloody Mary. Now, hearing what she can do, I refused. Jackie’s cousin, (Billy) still tried to bribe me into doing it, but Billy was a tricky person and I knew he must be planning something. So instead of me doing it, Jackie did. We were even standing outside of the door. We heard her chant “Bloody Mary” and heard her turn the sink on.

When she came out, she said nothing happened. But after Billy left, she told me firmly that in the mirror was a girl with a blood-soaked white dress just standing there. It did not attempt to grab Jackie. This was about last year or so.

Now, just yesterday I got a call from Jackie. She told me that she was really creeped out. She took a bath and was humming to herself in her parents’ room, and when she finished drying off and dressing, she was doing stretches. When she put her head in between her legs, she saw a black figure about six feet tall. When she looked back, it disappeared.

Bloody Mary will probably stalk you ever since you tried this “mirror legend”. Be aware of this before you try it. Even if she doesn’t appear when you try it.

Bloody Mary, mirror, light, living room

About a week ago, I was on the computer, and I got bored. I let my mind wander, and thinking back to an episode of a tv show, that had mentioned a bloody mary prank, I decided to research the legend. I got on to a really good site that included an essay about “Her” and lots of variations of the myth. I clicked a link to go on to another website about her, and this is really strange but as soon as I did, some weird stuff happened. Firstly, I was sat in my study, and it was raining and dark outside, and the lights were off inside – therefore I was in a darkened room. I have a lamp on my desk with glass hearts attached hanging down, that makes a noise when blown by the wind or something similar.

Bloody Mary

This prank really works well on Halloween, but if you want to do it soon, then make sure you are near a lot of trees and wide open space and it’s at night. Just make sure you don’t do this to anyone who is faint-hearted or might have a heart attack.
